Welcome to Jer-Z Jay’s Luxury Barber Suite & Cigars. By accessing our services, booking an appointment, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our barber services, cigar lounge, website, and any related products or services.

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

• Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in a cancellation fee.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Payments must be made in full at the time of service or purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• All sales of grooming services and cigar products are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund & Return Policy

• Barber Services: No refunds will be issued once a service is provided. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us immediately, and we will attempt to correct the issue.

• Cigar & Product Sales: Due to hygiene and tobacco regulations, cigar and grooming product sales are final. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

5. Age Restrictions

• Barber Services: Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Cigar Lounge: You must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume tobacco products in our establishment. Valid ID is required.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a luxury experience, all guests must adhere to the following:

• Respect staff, clients, and the establishment.

• No disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.

• No outside tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed.

• Any violation of these rules may result in removal from the premises and/or being banned from future services.

7. Health & Safety

• We prioritize hygiene and safety by sanitizing all equipment and adhering to health guidelines.

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the well-being of staff and other clients.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Jer-Z Jay’s Luxury Barber Suite & Cigars is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or injuries resulting from services or product usage. Please inform your barber of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.

• We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items.

9. Intellectual Property

• All branding, logos, and content related to Jer-Z Jay’s Luxury Barber Suite & Cigars are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
